Tyvek House Wrap

Tyvek was an area where we feel like we made a mistake trying to save money. We had originally planned on having the insulation company install it and then have the framers come back and set the windows and doors. But the framers said they could do it and it was a lot cheaper so we decided to have them do it. As you can see from the pics below, we got what we paid for. And we only saved about $1000. After I got on them about it they tightened it up pretty good but I'm sure it's still not as good as the insulation company would have done.
